Sharon Manker, M.Ed. is an award-winning supply chain leader, Founder & Fractional CPO of SourceWorthy™, author, keynote speaker, and Adjunct Faculty member at Temple University's Fox School of Business.
Sharon Manker, M.Ed., is an award-winning supply chain and procurement executive, four-time author, TEDx and keynote speaker, educator and strategic advisor with more than 20 years of experience leading procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier diversity and organizational transformation inside complex institutions.
Her executive career includes serving as Director of Supplier Diversity at Radian Group and procurement leadership experience with AmeriHealth Caritas and American Water. She has also served the profession through ISM Philadelphia leadership, bringing an institutional buyer's perspective to every advisory engagement.
She founded SourceWorthy™ to bring institutional procurement expertise to the organizations most often left outside of it. Nonprofits and mission-driven organizations deliver services that corporations, universities, health systems and government agencies actively buy — but the infrastructure behind those services is rarely built for institutional purchasing.
As a Fractional CPO, Sharon works directly with founders, Executive Directors and CEOs on the practical mechanics of growth: packaging programs into purchasable offerings, establishing institutional pricing, building capability documentation, preparing for contract and compliance requirements, and developing a disciplined pipeline of partnership and contract opportunities.
Her approach is executive, structured and candid — focused on what an organization can realistically execute in the next 90 days rather than an aspirational plan that never leaves the page.
