If your report fails to generate or arrive, or you were charged twice, we’ll fix it or refund you when you contact us within 14 days of purchase. Because the guidance is delivered in full when you pay, we can’t refund for a lower-than-hoped fit score or contract outcomes, and no contract is ever guaranteed.
