Refund Policy

No SourceWorthy™ product or service guarantees a contract. The Contract Path Analyzer produces a preliminary fit estimate and a suggested path; it is not a probability of winning, and it does not promise a meeting, an RFP invitation, a supplier-listing approval, or an award. Buyer decisions, budgets, timing and competition sit with the buyer, not with SourceWorthy™.

What to expect. SourceWorthy™ products are built with two decades of corporate supply chain experience and provide guidance. The Contract Path Analyzer maps the departments, roles and 30/60/90-day sequence that are typically involved in buying the kind of work you sell, so you can decide where to spend your time. It does not submit bids, register you as a supplier, contact buyers on your behalf, or negotiate for you, and it is not legal, financial, tax or certification advice.

Your full playbook is delivered on screen and by email as soon as your payment is confirmed, and you keep access to it through your report link.

When we will fix it or refund you. If you were charged twice, the report never arrived, a payment failed after you completed checkout, the report fails to generate, or the file will not open, email us at info@sharonmanker.com from the address used at checkout. We will correct the problem or refund you.

When refunds are not available. Because the guidance is delivered in full the moment you pay, we do not offer refunds because the fit score was lower than you hoped, because an outreach attempt did not turn into a contract, or because of a change of mind.

Time limit. Refund requests for the Playbook must be made within [14] days of purchase.

The Strategy Session is a 60-minute working session with Sharon Manker.

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule at no charge up to [24] hours before your session.
• Late cancellations and no-shows: Cancellations inside [24] hours of the session, and no-shows, are not refundable.
• If we cancel: If SourceWorthy™ needs to cancel or reschedule, you may choose a new time or receive a full refund.
• Outcomes: As stated in Section 1, no contract or result is guaranteed, and refunds are not offered because of the outcome of your pursuit.

The bundle combines the Playbook and the Strategy Session. The Playbook portion follows the terms in Section 2, and the Strategy Session portion follows the terms in Section 3.

If you cancel before your session takes place and within [14] days of purchase, you will be refunded the session portion of the bundle price, which is $198 (the $247 bundle price minus the $49 Playbook). The Playbook portion is not refundable once delivered, except as described in Section 2.

90-Day Growth Plan (one-time $197). This plan is customized to your organization and delivered around your Executive Strategy Session. Refunds are available until your Executive Strategy Session takes place or the roadmap is delivered, whichever comes first.

Growth Partnership (monthly $497). The partnership is a six-month engagement billed monthly. You may cancel with [30] days' written notice. The current billing month is not refunded, and no further charges apply after the notice period ends.

Membership (annual $997). Membership refund terms are set out in the Membership Terms. [Confirm your membership refund policy and publish the Membership Terms before selling.]

Cohort and custom engagements. Cohort and custom engagements are scoped individually. Refund terms for those engagements are defined in the signed agreement covering that engagement.

Send your request in writing to info@sharonmanker.com and include:

• The product or service you purchased
• The email address used for the purchase
• The date of payment
• A short description of the issue

Requests are handled by Sharon directly. We respond within [3] business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, and your bank may take several business days to post them.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly. Where a refund is owed, it is returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

This policy may be updated as SourceWorthy™ adds products or changes how they are delivered. The version in effect is the one published on this page at the time of your purchase.
